Dean Swanda is a former Attorney for the Texas Court of Appeals. Mr. Swanda worked in this position for ten years, before going into private practice. Mr. Swanda specializes in both criminal, juvenile and CPS appeals. Mr. Swanda is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas. Only a small percentage of Texas attorneys belong to this prestigious organization. The College of the State Bar of Texas is made up of attorneys who every year voluntarily complete extended continuing education courses.
